Job Description for Sales Executives (Institutional Sales)

Increasing business opportunities by identifying sufficient number of prospects regularly
Add Prospects/ Leads as per the demographic information and requirements given by the Management
Explain product features by oral or visual (or both) presentation, demonstrate application of the products, guide the architects and civil contractors/ workers in proper usage of the Products
Organize Group Previews, Kiosks, Exhibits for the select prospects
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions/ products
Convert the prospects into customers every month with improving Quote to Close Ratio
Increasing/ maintaining count of Customers placing Purchase Order, and also Average Sales per Customer on each month basis.
Clearing Customer doubts and handling of customer complaints, if any
Maintains relationships with customers/ clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
Identifying product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and also towards enhancing organization’s value creation endeavors
