As Sales Executives, you will be responsible for:

• Driving Channel Sales and Direct/ Institutional Sale of YuBond Products in your assigned territory,
• Building and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and project clients,
• Executing product demos, collecting market feedback, and achieving targets as per KPIs, and
• Promoting YuBond's Brand visibility and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 1 - 4 Years of experience in B2B/ B2C Sales (adhesives, construction chemicals, or FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationships-building skills.
• Self motivated individuals with a passon for fieldwork and customer engagement.
• Can deliver results independently without constant supervision.

Role Summary

Manage overdue accounts over ₹50 Lakhs and facilitate payment recovery through field visits, tele-calling, and legal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact defaulters via calls, emails, and field visits
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts
• Collaborate with legal team for escalated cases
• Ensure compliance with RBI and company recovery guidelines

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months experience in collections or recovery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with local geography and legal norms
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred

Location of Posting

• Bengaluru

Employment Type:

• This is full time contractual employment for fixed term of 2 Years. Extendable for further periods, if agreed by both sides.
• Candidate shall be paid fixed stipend and percentage in recovered amount

Role Summary

Support recovery operations through legal drafting, court filings, and representation in recovery-related proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal notices, recovery suits, and affidavits
• Represent company in civil recovery cases under CPC and BNSS
• Liaise with external counsels and law enforcement
• Advise recovery agents on legal boundaries and escalation protocols
• Maintain case tracking and documentation

Eligibility:

• LLB with 2+ years of litigation experience (preferably in recovery or banking)
• Familiarity with Article 226 and CPC procedures
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Kannada and English preferred
